His experience includes managing AP and AR, payroll, cash flow, financial reporting, internal controls, forecasting, P&L management, and improving financial processes.

Throughout his career, Will has often served as the sole accounting and finance resource for a company, requiring him to wear many hats and step into whatever role the business needed. Whether serving as a Controller, VP of Finance, or CFO, he has worked directly with ownership and executive leadership while remaining involved in the day-to-day financial operations. In his most recent role, that included managing the books, AP and AR across four separate companies, overseeing financial operations, and establishing controls and processes to improve the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

Will is also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor, bringing extensive hands-on experience with QuickBooks and helping businesses maintain accurate, organized financial records. He also has extensive payroll experience working with ADP, Paylocity, and Paycor, giving Jolly Ledger the ability to help clients navigate both their accounting and payroll needs.
